Collaborate with Managers of Art Department, the rest of the Management team, production team, and other studio leaders to ensure a consistent, transparent and effective production process across disciplines
Provide career development and growth for Artists
Personally provide mentoring and guidance on soft skills, and leverage sub-discipline experts within the team to build technical skills
Create, develop, and support new leaders
Plan for the best and most efficient deployment of art resources
Work closely with External Partners to establish and ensure great collaboration
Working with External Development Director and running day-to-day outsourcing, speccing art orders and reviewing the artwork. Managing part of external production, and, as an artist, advising external work. Work together with internal art departments to make sure outsourced art supports the project and vision of the company.

As Lead Artist I was responsible for the schedule, tasks and keep a consistent art style throughout the projects. Keeping a sense of value, shape and substance to my work and the work of other artists. Working on all aspects from concept art, 3d high res models to low poly, texture work, lighting and setting up scenes and materials in engine. Making sure that assets were optimized and also setting up pipelines with code to make sure art was efficient.
